    The contracting authority wishes, through this contest, to enter into a contract regarding the delivery of interior decorator services for Lervig nursing home. The nursing home shall be executed as a turnkey contract.
    The nursing home will be constructed with 7 floors and shall contain 123 nursing home places. In addition, the building will include a production kitchen, a day centre with 30 places and a medical centre for 4 doctors. The building will also include a cafe, space for physiotherapy, nursing clinic, wellness baths, hairdressers and foot care as well as administration and healthcare provider areas. A separate car park floor shall be constructed below ground. In addition, the project includes outside areas with a square and roof gardens as well as a new network station.
    The net area is 12 328 m2 with a gross area of approximately 18 000 m2. The total area for the project is approximately 8,000 m2.
