-1- Bid Notice Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) established under R.T.C. Act 1950, is Government Undertaking, which provides public transport service to towns and cities within Maharashtra & adjoining states. MSRTC has redeveloped several of its bus stations in the state through private sector participation (PSP) and now desires to take up the modernization of Bus stations through PSP on 30 years lease basis. MSRTC emphasizes the need to have modern bus ports with modern amenities to travelling passengers along with development of ‘Commercial Complexes' i.e. various types of commercial shops (such as branded food plaza, book stall, fruit stall, gift Shoppe, medical aid center, agricultural products shop, public dormitory, ATM center, cyber café, children’s play area, lawns gardens etc.) ,cinema hall, conference hall/marriage halls etc.,in the premises. The functional needs as well as passenger’s needs at each place have been given in separate Annexure named as ‘Project data’. In order to implement the policy of modernizing bus stations through PSP, MSRTC intends to have expertise planning of Bus stations with commercial complex as mentioned below on ‘Design-Build-Finance-Transfer-Lease (DBFTL) revenue model. MSRTC invites proposal from reputed Project Management Consultancy firms for the project in accordance with Request for Proposal (RFP) document which would comprise; i) Assessment of technical & financial feasibility of the project. ii) Preparation of conceptual plan and project design. iii) Formulation of appropriate structure for implementation. iv) Preparation of bid documents. v) Bid process management-assistance in bidding and evaluation process. vi) Any other work as may be required uptill the selection of Bidder. vii) Construction supervision services for the entire development including MSRTC structures as well as those under DBFTL development.
