This tender notice concerns contract 602 Solar panels integrated into the façade.
Nordseter School shall be completely renovated. The Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property would like to integrate solar panels in the facade in the parapet bands under the windows on the 1st and 2nd floors. In addition to producing electricity, the idea is that the solar panels shall replace other covers in the facades.
The Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property would like to enter into contract K602 with a solar panel supplier who can contribute in the interaction phase together with the contracting authority and engineering design group. This interaction phase will be paid in accordance with accrued time, and run parallel to the last phase of the detailed engineering design services for the entire renovation project, so that the system can be optimised and the interfaces between the planned general contract (K201) and the solar panel contract (K602) are clarified well before the start of construction works summer 2017. A final price, based on the unit prices given in the original tender, for the actual delivery/execution will be agreed upon when the final system and extent have been detailed and clarified.

An option for the actual execution will then be activated, and contract K602 will be administered by the turn-key contractor's building site administration and progress control. This is subject to the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property's decision regarding going forward with the solution.
