    Aufgabe
    Following on from the success of previous frameworks and to support the University aspirations going forward, The University seek to develop framework agreements for the following consultancy services
    1.Project Management.
    2.BIM Information Manager.
    3.BIM Lead.
    4.Principal Designer, with technical author role where required.
    It is envisaged that 3 consultants will be appointed to the Project Management and Principal Designer frameworks respectively with a single appointment to the BIM Information Manager framework and a single appointment for the BIM Lead framework.
    Leistungsumfang
    The University seeks to appoint 4 frameworks for the provision of:-
    1. Project Management / Value 300 000 GBP
    2. Principal Designer with technical author (where required) / Value 100 000 GBP
    3 BIM Information Manager & 4. BIM Lead.
    The estimated value of the BIM commissions is approximately 100 000 GBP
    Estimated values for Newcastle / Northumbria / Teeside are as follows:-
    Teeside University
    It is envisaged that the Teeside University requirement will be broadly similar to the University of Sunderland.
    Over the proposed life of the framework Newcastle University's current plans would suggest the following commissions may be awarded:-
    —Project Management — 6No commissions amounting to approximately 1 050 000 GBP in fees
    —Principal Designer — 11No commissions amounting to approximately 175 000 GBP in fees
    —BIM commissions — 6No commissions amounting to approximately 225 000 GBP in fees
    Northumbria University
    It is envisaged that the Northumbria University requirement will be broadly similar to Newcastle University.
    For the purpose of this tender award and any subsequent services which may be connected with the original award we reserve the right to spend a further 30 % of the anticipated spend for University of Sunderland and all organisations listed above.
    The frameworks will be for 45 months including extensions.
    Any commissions under this contract or framework maybe subject to external funding from bodies such as Arts Council, ERDF, Heritage Lottery Fund, LEP etc and the successful suppliers will be expected to work with the University on any funding applications where appropriate. This list of funding bodies is not exhaustive.
