    Landscape architect services required to deliver RIBA stages 4 - 7 to transform south east London's largest park.
    Works include the creation of a lake and wetlands, restoration of historic landscape and pleasure grounds.

    Landscape architect services required to deliver RIBA stages 4 - 7 of a Heritage Lottery Funded park regeneration project. Landscaping works will total 5 000 000 GBP and include the creation of a lake and wet woodland. Landscape architects will be required to work closely with the Environment Agency to deliver major flood storage in 1 section of the park and will reinstate the historic landscape associated with the eighteenth century mansion house. The project will transform South east London's largest park into a key community asset and visitor attraction.
    This procurement will follow a 2 stage restricted procedure.
