    HIE requires a suitable qualified and experienced supplier to provide the following services: repair, maintenance and general upkeep of hard and soft landscaped areas incl. grass cutting and a preventative winter schedule for HIE's commercial and HIE occupied property portfolio.

    This is a NEW contract opportunity for Lot 5 Lochaber and the competition is open to any supplier to submit a bid. This is irrespective of whether they submitted a bid (whether successful or not) for any of the Lots in the previous exercise. Although this is a separate procurement exercise, HIE uses the name ‘Lot 5 Lochaber’ for consistency and administrative purposes.
    HIE requires a suitable qualified and experienced supplier to provide the following services: repair, maintenance and general upkeep of hard and soft landscaped areas incl. grass cutting and a preventative winter schedule for HIE's commercial and HIE occupied property portfolio in the following 2 lots:
    Lot 5 Lochaber
    Lot 6 Skye and Wester Ross
    This particular contract relates to Lot 5 Lochaber. Tenderers who are interested in bidding for Lot 6 can do so by locating the respective PCS/OJEU notice, which was published on the same date with Landscaping Services — Lot 6 Skye and Wester Ross in the contract description.
    Please note that the same supplier can bid for both of the lots, however you may only be awarded a maximum of one Lot. You can identify your preference for which Lot you want to be awarded if you're the highest scoring bidder in both lots but the final award of the contracts will be at the discretion of HIE. This may mean you are not awarded your preferred Lot but this decision will be at our sole discretion.
    If HIE receives only one compliant bid for both lots from the same supplier, this supplier can be awarded both of the lots in this case.

    It is estimated that the total value of these services for both of the lots over the maximum duration of 4 years will be between 153 150 GBP and 218 750 GBP excluding VAT.
