Submissions will be accepted at the Purchasing Department until 2:00:00 p.m. local time Thursday, March 2, 2017. Responses can be hand delivered or couriered to the Purchasing Department. The Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope and must be clearly marked with name and address of the proponent and RFP name, and number. Submissions must included mandatory requirements
