    A periodical registration of selected buildings shall be carried out in order to monitor the effects and consequences of climate changes. Individual building parts and areas of buildings shall be monitored in order to document any changes. The registrations shall concentrate on building parts where any damage can be reasonably attributed to climate changes and the monitoring shall be on the old parts of the buildings.

      Riksantikvaren would like to start a long term project of environment monitoring the effects and consequences of climate changes on our oldest and most valuable buildings. Such monitoring will give us a basis for better management of both these very valuable buildings and other traditionally built buildings.

      A periodical registration of selected buildings shall be carried out in order to monitor the effects and consequences of climate changes. Individual building parts and areas of buildings shall be monitored in order to document any changes. The registrations shall concentrate on building parts where any damage can be reasonably attributed to climate changes and the monitoring shall be on the old parts of the buildings.
