II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The Contracting Authority wants to use this competition to enter into agreement on the procurement and physical structure of EOS for municipal buildings. Bergen kommune shall run effective energy management of the municipality's buildings and therefore has a need to build a system that can collect, process and present energy data. The procurement shall comprise EOS for monitoring of municipal buildings such as schools, health buildings, sports buildings, large sheltered accommodations, nursery schools, neighbourhood and leisure buildings and office buildings.
In the long term, EOS shall also be able to safeguard energy and climate accounts for facilities (pumping stations, parks, road lighting, sports facilities etc.).
The implementation shall be executed in stages where the building groups named above are connected sequentially. Thereafter, the operations/maintenance agreement (SSA-V) will begin.
Bergen kommune's Department for Buildings and Property manages approx. 1 000 buildings and approx. 1 000 000 m². Of these, initially approx. 290 buildings will be established in the EOS, with automatic meters, as well as approx. 95 manual meters. This number is expected to increase.
Bergen kommune has big ambitions in relation to reducing their own energy use and EOS is considered to be an important tool in this work.
