Invitation to Tender Notice for a Quintette Caribou Restoration Plan

Sealed tenders for developing a restoration plan for the Quintette northern caribou herd range will be received by the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations, Ecosystems Section, #400, 10003 110th Avenue, Fort St. John, BC, V1J 6M7, no later than 16:30 local time, February 23, 2017. Tenders will be opened privately by the Ministry on February 24, 2017.
Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package.
The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America on Government Procurement (CUSPA), and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
If the Ministry posts any addenda to the Tender Documents it will be made by issuing an addendum, such that the Ministry will post any addenda on BC Bid(r). Bidders are solely responsible to continually monitor the BC Bid(r) website on an ongoing basis to keep themselves informed of any addenda.
