These services (Contract Lot 3) are to be provided for the eastern (roughly) third of the road development area only, namely from the eastern boundary of the local road L7456 (approx. chainage 24 360) in the townland of Clonfadda, crossing the townlands of Codrum, Teerbeg, Gurteenroe, Kilnagurteen, Ballyveerane, Coolyhane, Bealick, Ummera and tying back into the existing N22 road in the townland of Coolcour (approx. chainage 31 700)—a total distance of approximately 7 340 linear metres.

The N22 Baile Bhuirne to Macroom Road Development, as a whole, is to be built in west County Cork, Ireland, on lands between the townland of Slievereagh to the north-west of Baile Bhuirne (Ballyvourney), on the western end of the scheme, and that of Coolcour to the south-east of Macroom town on the eastern end of the scheme, a distance of approx. 22 km. The scheme will bypass the town of Macroom to the north.
The Lands Made Available for the Contract (Contract Lot 3) consists of greenfield and marginal lands, with a total extent of approximately 53 hectares.
