II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of Quality Assurance and uncertainty analyses for investment projects.
The objective of the procurement is to cover the requirement for assistance in Quality Assurance and uncertainty analyses for investment projects. Primarily for development projects — purpose-built and Water and Sewage projects.
The contracting authority normally has approx 30 to 50 active projects that range from concept choice reviews (KVU) to the construction of the facility/building.
The investment budgets always depend on the annual grants and the total volume can vary in the contract period. The economic extent of the contract is expected to be 4-5 000 000 NOK per year.
The Contracting Authority's projects are multifarious and various in relation to scope, duration and costs. The framework agreement mainly includes assignments in relation to the Contracting Authority investment portfolio. These are projects for all service areas, such as childhood and youth services, education, health and care, culture, roads, water, sewage and sanitation projects.
The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with 3-5 service providers.
