The Contracting Authority is hereby invited to a tender competition on a turnkey contract for the construction of the new swimming pool in Tana.
The project shall comprises new construction over two floors, including a 25 metre training pool with changing rooms that will be connected to the existing multi-purpose hall in Tana bridge.
The basement is approx. 1 040 m2 GFA and the first floor is approx. 1 106 m2 GFA.

Description of options:
Water slide — option.
Made of polyethylene without joins, designed as shown in the floor plan — type Hydrosport or equivalent. Deceleration lane, non-slip spiral stairs with railings and a platform for getting on/off, time controlled traffic lights and physical barriers, complete with support. The expected length of the water slide is 55 metres with a 6 — 6.5 m drop. The slide will be equipped with timing devices with tableau.
Whirlpool — option.
Created with an internal diameter of approx. 2.5 m (approx. 3.0 m external Measurements) depth of approx. 1 m, seating approx. 60 cm under the water surface, with an overflow gutter. Placed partially immersed in the supporting floor with integrated internal non-slip stairs and an external ladder. External sides and ‘top edge’ shall be covered with ceramic tiles. The whirlwind shall have lighting.

List and brief description of conditions:
Qualification Requirements will be set for the tenderer to ensure the necessary prerequisites in order to be able to fulfil the contract and therefore be able to participate in the competition. Tenderer that do not fulfil the qualification requirements can be rejected from the competition.
Tenderers must document that they alone, or in conjunction with their sub-contractors have the qualifications that the Contracting Authority is requesting to be able to execute the assignment.
The documentation shall be enclosed.
The company must be legally registered and hold a Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Registration certificate in a professional register as determined by legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.
