    Aufgabe
    The project shall be executed as a turnkey contract with a tender contest with negotiations. The project includes the engineering design and construction of a new comprehensive school, with 6 classes of 30 students each; a total of 540 students. The estimated gross area for the new school is approx. 7 000 m2. The site is approximately 7.4 decares. One of Asker municipality's fundamental principle is that new buildings shall be constructed as passive houses. The project also includes the demolition of the existing school.
    The contracting authority has initiated a plan process for the current site. The site shall be adapted to a new and future-oriented school building. A substantial plan shall be designed, which provides better utilisation than the current zoning plan The turnkey contractor shall adapt his solution proposal to the site in question.
