    Aufgabe
    The entire building, both the office part and the swimming pool, shall be renovated.
    The state of the building means that a large amount of upgrades will be required. The building uses a lot of energy and it does not fulfil the current requirements for universal design. The aim is to increase functionality, reduce the energy and effect requirements for the building, as well as to see to universal design. All the technical installations and light constructions such as walls and ceilings, roofing and windows, shall be replaced.

    SHA coordinator for execution (KU) in accordance with the Builder Regulations § 13 and the project's plan for safety, health, working environment and surrounding environment (SHA plan). KU shall use this function to take care of the assignments that the authorities and Stavanger municipality impose on the coordinator for execution (KU).
