      III.1)Conditions for participation
      III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
      List and brief description of conditions:

       

      (ESPD: Part II A.e) Certificates for Tax and VAT.

      The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.

      Documentation: A certificate showing paid VAT, taxes and social security contributions is required. The certificate shall be issued by the competent authority in the country where the tenderer is established (the Norwegian certificate for tax and VAT is common and can be ordered from altinn.no, former RF-1244) in accordance with the laws and regulations in the country of origin. The certificate must not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

      The contracting authority is not allowed to request the certificate if he has already received it, in accordance with the regulations § 17-1(4). If you have submitted a tax certificate and it is still valid at the tender submission deadline for this contest, you are not obliged to submit a certificate now. If this is the case, stated when and to who the certificate was previously submitted. You can, however, enclose the certificate voluntarily if you want.

      (ESPD: Part IV B.58-3) Other economic and financial requirements: Economic and financial position.

      Requirements regarding the tenderer's economic and financial position: The financial capacity to fulfil the contract is required.

      Documentation: The Contracting Authority will assess finances through the company and accounting information system Proff Forvalt (www.forvalt.no). Tenderers are asked to submit other information they believe is relevant. The contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain supplementary information about the tenderer's finances.

      (ESPD: Part IV C.58-4) Requirements related to the tenderer's technical/professional qualifications.

      The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity and suitable manpower to comply with the contractual obligations.

      Documentation: An overview shall be given of the company's total manpower and an account verifying the company has sufficient capacity and suitable competence to implement the assignment. The tenderer is requested to fill out Annex 10 Competence profile.

      (ESPD: Part IV C.58-4) Requirements related to the tenderer's technical/professional qualifications.

      Good experience from equivalent assignments/deliveries is required. This means assignments of corresponding nature, complexity and scope.

      Documentation: Overview of the tenderer's most important relevant contracts in the last 3 years, including information on the type of project, the project's value, date, recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). ANNEX 7; the Reference form, own forms, or answers in the answers box can be submitted. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to contact the references.

      (ESPD: Part IV D.62-2) Requirements connected to the tenderer's technical/professional qualifications.

      Tenderers shall have a satisfactory quality assurance system.

      Documentation requirement: Certificate of the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirms that the tenderer comply with certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO certification. The Contracting Authority will also accept other documentation which shows that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures.
