    Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (The Authority) is looking for a provider to act as Lead Consultant to support the provision of key services associated with design, conservation and development as well as the delivery and management of a scheme of capital works to restore the historic Cannon Hall grounds, lakes and associated structures.
    The provider engaged will work with The Authority in the procurement of the additional works contracts required for the overall delivery of the development scheme, however these contracts will be undertaken by the Council and not the provider of this contract.
