Les heures d’ouverture sont du lundi au vendredi de 8:15 heures à midi et de 13 à 17:30 heures. 1. Les documents d’appel d’offres sont disponibles en s’adressant au Système électronique d’appel d’offres SEAO sur le site www.seao.ca ou en communiquant avec un de ses représentants par téléphone au numéro 514 856-6600 pour la région de Montréal, ou pour l’extérieur au numéro 1-800-669-seao (7326). 2. Seules seront considérées les soumissions présentées sur les documents spécialement préparés à cette fin et qui seront trouvées conformes aux conditions énumérées aux cahiers des charges. 3. Les soumissions devront être remises au Greffier sous pli cacheté, être identifiées clairement sur l’enveloppe extérieure quant au numéro de la soumission et au nom de l’entrepreneur et être présentées sur les documents préparés à cette fin. 4. ~~ PROVINCE OF QUEBEC CITY OF LAVAL CALL FOR TENDERS NOTICE is hereby given that we will receive at the hotel , Tenders for: No OS-29166 Professional Services for the Revision of the Urban Planning By-Laws of the City of Laval Submissions will be received no later than 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at the Registry Office, 1 Place du Souvenir, Chomedey, Ville de Laval. The opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 8:15 am to noon and from 13 to 17:30 hours. 1. The tender documents are available by contacting the SEAO Electronic Bidding System at www.seao.ca or by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 514 856-6600 for Region of Montréal, or for the exterior at 1-800-669-seao (7326). 2. Only tenders submitted on documents specially prepared for this purpose which will be found to be in conformity with the conditions set out in the tender specifications shall be considered. 3.
