    All aspects of Minor Building Works work from circa 1 000 up to 50 000 GBP each. To undertake various building and engineering projects to support both capital and developer projects and operations.
    All Applicants will be required to submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire which will be evaluated and scored in order to select the suppliers who will be invited to participate in the bid process through the submission of a competitive tender.
    Scottish Water Horizons will consider Geographical and Pan Scotland Solutions for all lots
    Contractor will also be given the opportunity to apply for either All Geographical Locations (Pan Scotland) or for specific Scottish Water Horizons Operational Areas (please refer to attached map detailing Scottish Water Horizons Business Areas).
    All employees engaged to carry out works must hold the required accreditation or certificates including Hygiene Code of Practice, Distribution and Operation Management System (DOMS), HAUC, CSCS etc. Scottish Water Horizons also carry work out for the MOD (Ministry of Defence so security clearance would be required to undertake these works)
    Contractors will be required to interact with Customers and must be able to work to the highest standards of Customer Experience in accordance with Scottish Water's Customer Experience Measure requirements as a minimum.
    The Contractor will be required to pass sufficient Scottish Water Horizons and Independent assessments regarding Health and Safety. They will be required to operate as the Principal Contractor in terms of CDM Regulations when required.

      Scottish Water Horizons is seeking expressions of interest from parties prepared to participate in a competitive tendering procedure for the provision of Water & Waste Water Services for the Aquatrine Contract.

      The overall project value is estimated at a range between GBP circa 620k and 820k GBP per year.

      Scottish Water Horizons will consider Geographical, Pan Scotland Solutions including the Western Isles and St Kilda.

      Outline Description

      Work consists of various workstreams outlined below.

      Risk Based Management — All aspects of Risk Based Management work from circa 500 to 15 000 GBP each.

      Oil Water Interceptors — All aspects of Oil Water Interceptors work from circa 200 to 5 000 GBP each.

      Fire Pumps & Systems — All aspects of Fire Pumps & Systems work from circa 200 to 11 000 GBP each.

      Water & Drainage Services — All aspects of Water & Drainage work from circa 150 to 10 000 GBP each.

      Electrical & Mechanical Repairs — All aspects of E&M Repairs work from circa 300 to 5 000 GBP each.

      Tankering– All aspects of Tankering work from circa 400 to 15 000 GBP each.

      Property Maintenance — All aspects of Property Maintenance work from circa 100 to 2 500 GBP each.

      Surveys — All aspects of Survey work from circa 150 to 2.500 GBP each.

      Metering & Loggers — All aspects of Metering & Loggers work from circa 250 to 22 000 GBP each.

      Filter Media & Filters — All aspects of Media Replacement work from circa 100 to 6 000 GBP each.

      Contractor will also be given the opportunity to apply for All Geographical Locations (Pan Scotland) including Western Isles & St Kilda.

      Work is generally either related to Maintenance or Services.

      All employees engaged to carry out works must hold the required accreditation or certificates including Hygiene Code of Practice, Distribution and Operation Management System (DOMS), HAUC, CSCS etc. This work is required at MOD (Ministry of Defence) establishments so security clearance will be required to undertake these works.

      Contractors will be required to interact with Customers and must be able to work to the highest standards of Customer Experience in accordance with Scottish Water's Customer Experience Measure requirements as a minimum.

      The Contractor will be required to pass sufficient Scottish Water Horizons and Independent assessments regarding Health and Safety. They will be required to operate as the Principal Contractor in terms of CDM Regulations when required.

      Commercial agreement will be in accordance with Scottish Water Horizons amended NEC3 suite of Contract Documents. Terms and Conditions shall be a refresh of existing Scottish Water Horizons models.

      Scottish Water reserves the right to split the award into sub-lots based on, but not exclusive to, each, or a combination of, the workstreams listed above.

      Scottish Water will not accept the ESPD. We will only accept a completed Scottish Water PQQ document.

      This Notice does not preclude Scottish Water from issuing other notices for specific requirements. Responses to the OJEU Notice will be evaluated and only successful applicants following PQQ evaluation will be invited to submit a tender. Scottish Water reserves the right to divide the scope of the contract into lots at tender and contract award stages as it deems appropriate. Applicants who fail to supply all of the information requested in response to this Notice or any resulting tender exercise may risk elimination.
