    The Contracting Authority in this tender contest is Møre og Romsdal County, c/o the Building and Maintenance Section. The Contracting Authority invites tenderers to a tender contest for the procurement of a turnkey contractor for project K451, new building/alteration of Fagerlia sixth form college in Ålesund.
    Procurement K451 Fagerlia sixth form college is for a turnkey contract. The contract is divided into a draft and preliminary project phase, with early involvement of the contractor, and an execution phase.
    Fagerlia sixth form college shall be certified in accordance with the Building Research Establishment's Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM-NOR).
    Leistungsumfang
    The services are specified in more detail in the draft and preliminary project phase and the execution phase:
    The draft and preliminary project phase includes:
    This shall include a new building and an option for a glass courtyard/middle building, with the accompanying outdoor work. The draft and preliminary project phase shall be carried out in cooperation between the builder, users and
    contractor/consultants. The turnkey contractor shall manage this process.
    — Draft project:
    o Draft project drawings based on the revised room programme and development plan for the new south building and glass courtyard/middle building, with the accompanying outdoor work.
    o A short description, including an assessment on deviations in relation to the cost calculations given in this tender/this competition, cf. Annex B1 Remuneration Form:
    — Preliminary project:
    o Preliminary engineering design services, all trades for the new south building and the glass courtyard/middle building, with the accompanying outdoor work.
    o Preliminary project report, including cost calculations at minimum two figure level in accordance with NS 3453
    cf. Annex A2.
    The execution phase includes:
    New south building:
    The execution of a new south building with the accompanying outdoor work consists of a new teaching building of 2 072 m² net with 3 floors.
    Option:
    Erection of a middle building/glass courtyard of approx. 1 362 m² net, as a connection between the college's existing buildings and the above mentioned new building. This also includes any technical fire measures in Buildings A, B and C resulting from the connection to the existing buildings, as well as the accompanying outdoor work.
    The extent of the option is in the following documents:
    — Annex B1: Tender Form / Remuneration Form,
    — Annex B2: Work extent will be seen in the execution phase for the option.
    Emphasis is put on the fact that the new south building with the accompanying outdoor work shall be able to be completed independent of whether the option is taken up. The option can be taken up in the period after the preliminary project phase until the hand over of the ‘new south building’.
