It is planned to expand the TANN building in Breivika, Tromsø. The expansion is calculated to be around 1 200 m² gross. Two alternatives shall be investigated. Extension of the existing building and free standing building with connection to the existing building. It is the TKNN area that shall be erected, and that shall contain i.a. offices and meeting rooms.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The TANN building was completed in 2007 and is approximately 8 000 m² distributed over four floors. In the building there are teaching areas for dental education, teaching areas for dental nurse education, specialist dental clinic, offices for dentists/teaching personnel and administrative functions. The building is planned so that up to two floors can be added. Technical installations are no dimensioned for extension. Any extension should be fully integrated with the existing buildings.
The assignment is divided into two phases.
Phase 1 consists of i.a.:
Review concept with cost estimates for the expansion of the TANN building, extension of the existing building or free standing building with cost estimates for both of the alternatives, with recommended selection of concept for expansion and preliminary conference with Tromsø kommune.
Phase 2 consists of i.a.:
Preparation of the preliminary project, drawings and function description for collection of tender offers on a turnkey contract or interaction contract. The description shall be neutral and satisfy the requirements set in the Public Procurement Regulations and Act. Application for a framework permit from and consent from the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.
