INTERNATIONAL INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION

Private Joint Stock Company “Ukrhydroenergo”

Private Joint Stock Company “Ukrhydroenergo” (hereinafter referred to as “the Borrower”) has received a loan from the European Investment Bank – EIB (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) – towards the cost of the Hydro Power Plants Rehabilitation Project. This International Invitation for Pre-qualification relates to the contract for Hydro Power Plants Rehabilitation Project – Project Implementation Unit Assistance.

This contract will include: Taking into account that the Project activities have been continuing since 2011 the Assignment will include the following main tasks for the on-going Project components (tender procedures, contracts) at the current stages of their implementation at the beginning of the Assignment and for the new procurement packages, namely:

• Assistance for the Project Management:

• Assistance at Procurement Stage;

• Assistance at Contract Implementation Stage;

• Assistance at Defects Notification Period Stage.

This contract is expected to be implemented from the 1st quarter 2018 to June 2021.

The criteria to be used in the pre-qualification are, in decreasing order of importance:

• Proven experience in rendering assistance to the PIU in implementation of the projects similar to the proposed assignment, financed by IFI, including experience at the stage of preparation of the Tender documents under the EBRD’s policies and rules, knowledge of IFI procurement standards, including the ones related to environment and contracts implementation (30%);

• Proven experience in hydro power planning and engineering (30%);

• The CVs of Key personnel including general and specific qualification (30%);

• Proven specific experience in Ukraine and CIS countries EBRD's and EIB’s countries of operation (10%).
