Askim Rådhus AS (a municipal limited company owned by Askin kommune), pans to enter into agreements to lease out areas at Helsehuset in Askim. The areas must largely be rehabilitated and facilitated for the individual tenants prior to occupation. It is therefore necessary, in varying degrees, depending on where in the building the tenant is located, to carry out both structural works and technical discipline works. In this regard, Askim Rådhus AS needs to engage an engineering design group to carry out the planning and engineering design of the necessary measures, initially based on a preliminary project.
