Scope: Design-build: design and building services for the new animal control annex building #2. Develop a major task based bar schedule. Develop a provisional construction schedule indicating methods and sequencing of construction. Complete design development along with architect. Develop requirements for safety, quality assurance, and schedule adherence. Prepare and complete all necessary construction documents to demonstrate to the county work scope and meeting any and all permit requirements. Perform a constructability review of the construction documents. Develop subcontractor bid packages. Provide detailed construction cost estimates to develop into a guaranteed maximum price to achieve county s budget. See attached file.
