This assignment includes all preparatory studies needed to launch the implementation of the new tertiary referral hospital and redevelopment of the existing regional hospital. The D2B Studies include feasibility studies, environmental and social impact assessments, institutional and economic studies, a procurement plan, an organisation plan, a plan for operations and maintenance, etc. needed to elaborate a Full Project Plan, as well as design documentation at preliminary design level (avant-projet sommaire (APS)) and full tender documents for the procurement of the implementation of the project. For tasks supported by existing studies, the Consultant will evaluate, update and complete these studies.
The D2B Studies will be executed in four successive phases, including the invection phase:
