Expressions of Interest for Design and implementation supervision of kengen learning centre of excellenceSCOPE OF THE SERVICES
The scope of the assignment will include but not limited to the following:
1. Development of a concept of state of the art architectural designs, aesthetics suitable for a
learning centre of excellence.
2. Develop a phased implementation schedule with associated cost estimates
3. A clear activity schedule for implementation supervision of the project

Eligibility Criteria : EVALUATION CRITERIA AND ELIGIBILITY
Interested consuftants/firms must provide information to demonstrate their qualifications and
capability to successfully undertake this assignment. Consultants/firms who will be shortlisted and
eligible to submit proposals should meet the following outlined minimum requirements:
1. An architect professional with at least 10 years%experience in architectural consulting services
and briefly outline the completed projects undertaken by the firm in the last five (5) years
relevant to the assignment
2. In addition to the firms experience, a list of proposed professional staff and their CVs with details
of projects handled and disciplines expected to take part in the assignment, including but not
limited to a the following specialists; Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, Civil
Engineer and Structural Engineer both Local International expertise, architect, all who must
have a minimum of Seven (7) years relevant working experien
