The assignment is for the development, engineering design services for and construction of a new ice rink at Risenga in Asker municipality. The project shall be carried out as a partnering contract, where a turnkey contractor with an underlying architect and consultant group shall be responsible for designing and constructing the ice rink. The ice rink shall be dimensioned as a match arena for ice hockey, figures skating and short track with a spectator capacity of 3000. The total cost limit for the project is 287 500 000 ΝΟΚ, including VAT.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The assignment includes engineering design services for and the construction of a new ice rink at Risenga in Asker municipality and it shall include all the described professional groups from the draft and preliminary project (phase 1) to the detailed engineering design services and execution (phase 2). The project shall be carried out as a partnering contract, where the turnkey contractor, with a consultant group and technical sub-contractors, interact with the builder for the development, design and construction of the project.
The new ice rink shall be dimensioned as a match arena for ice hockey, figure skating and short track, with a spectator capacity of 3000. The total cost limit in the action programme for the project is 287 500 000 ΝΟΚ including VAT. The area, based on a feasibility study, is estimated to be 11 000 m².
