INVITATION TO BID
The City Government of Pasig through Ordinance No. 26 Series 2016 dated November 9, 2016 duly approved by the Sanggunian Panglungsod appropriated funds in the sum as enumerated below being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), invites potential Bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the projects:

Interested consulting firm may submit letter of intent together with the pertinent documents required for
eligibility screening to the Chairman, Bids and Awards Committee of Pasig City
The list of minimum requirements is indicated in the Eligibility Form. Eligibility of prospective bidders shall be checked using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Shortlisting of eligible consultants will be done based on the following criteria: experience of the consultant, qualification of personnel and current workload. Only three (3) eligible bidders shall make up the shortlist. The evaluation procedure to be adopted shall be Quality Cost Based Evaluation.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Check, Bid Security, Evaluation of Bids, Postqualification and Award of
Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Revised IRR-A.
The place of all bidding activities shall be at the office of the BAC Secretariat at the 4th floor of Pasig City Hall
on the following schedules:

2 Issuance of Eligibility Documents

3 Submission and Receipt of Eligibility and
Short Listing Requirements

4 Results of Short Listing
October 27, 2017 at 10:00 A.M.
5 Issuance of Bid Tender Documents only to Eligible
bidders upon payment of a non refundable fee of an
amount as per Seventh Edition of R.A. 9184

6 Pre-bidding Conference to all Short-listed applicants
shall be exactly 10:00 A.M. of
November 3, 2017
7 Submission and Opening of the
Technical and Financial Proposals
before 10:00 A.M. of
November 15, 2017
Late Bids shall not be accepted.
The City Government of Pasig reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the
bidding process and reject all Bids at anytime prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any
liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
