9.- The offeror undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure that the above-mentioned obligations are assumed and fully complied with by its employees and / or dependents and / or advisers and / or agents and, in general, all persons with whom the Contractor shall be responsible for the consequences of its infringement, without prejudice to any individual responsibilities which may also arise and / or have been determined by the relevant bodies .
