    Aufgabe
    The professional resource centre is a division in Statsbygg and comprises several different professional units who provide professional consultancy services in Statsbygg's building and administration projects. In periods, the Section Architecture (abbreviated FA) has a considerable work load and therefore requires external capacity. To strengthen the capacity and obtain special expertise we wish to enter into framework agreement within the the following submect areas:
    — Programming
    — Follow-up in the various project phases.
    Leistungsumfang
    The architects will get assignments that are usually carried out by employees in the section. The projects will vary in extent and complexity. The assignments shall be carried out with the help of the tools and procedures that Statsbygg use.
    Statsbygg will make call-offs against the agreement for consultants for programming and follow-up.
