    Candidates included on the Single Operator Framework Agreements will be requested to submit a fixed price lump sum fee for projects to be undertaken as part of the Framework, in advance of carrying out the works. This lump sum fee will be calculated based on the number of hours required to complete the project and will be offset against the hours included in the Pricing Schedule.
    The contracting authority may terminate this competition (or any part thereof), change the basis of and the procedures for the bidding process, at any time, or procure the contract by alternative means if it appears that it can thereby be more advantageously procured. The most economically advantageous or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
