The SCOPE of this tender is to develop feasible alignments and system proposals for the RTS Link, and to provide detailed architectural and engineering design for track alignments, stations, tunnels/ viaducts, multi-modal transport hubs, Customs, Immigration & Quarantine (CIQ) facilities/buildings and any other facilities for the tender calling of the RTS Civil, E&M Services, Advanced and other minor contracts. ELIGIBILITY: Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from experienced Consultants who a) had carried out architectural and engineering design services for rapid transit systems; and b) are licensed by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB), Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) and Board of Architects Malaysia (BAM) to supply professional engineering and architectural services respectively as required under this Contract. Any firm/company which is not licensed to supply both professional engineering and architectural services in both Singapore and Malaysia may join with other firms/companies who have the relevant licence(s) [i.e. civil, mechanical and architectural] to submit a tender for Contract 2110.
