The jury appreciates in this proposal very good and detailed analysis of the locality, be it geographical, historical or urban. And even though the design was not regarded as sufficient mainly in regards of the treatment of the left bank for city activities, from the landscape point of view – creating islands, means used for flood protection and coming back to the natural character – it is regarded by the jury as unique amongst other proposals in the competition.
