This residential complex occupies an area of about 4900 sq.m. and consists of five, two storey high, buildings which include a sum of 41 apartments and underground parking spaces. The complex is characterized by its simple volumes and clear lines. The facades and the quality of the details contribute towards characterizing perception of the whole. The balconies and terraces of each building are designed in such way to enhance each apartment’s privacy and autonomy. The use of materials such as wood and limestone, also play an important role, since they create a certain harmony and visual continuity with the surrounding green areas.
