Aufgabe	Terningmoen shooting and training field has a considerable lag in relation to modernization and renewal. Project 2445121 – Terningmoen - Upgrading and development of new firing range shall contribute to a modernization and renewal of the firing and training field. The objective of this tender invitation is to enter into a contract with a complete engineering design group for preparation of pre-engineering in accordance with the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency’s, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, painting and standard procedures. The contract will include options for detailed engineering design, including follow-up during the construction period and guarantee period.
