Document Cost: $2.00 , plus shipping and handling for delivered hard copies of documents posted, only, to the Onvia DemandStar Web site; $5.00 for any document package electronically downloaded from the Onvia DemandStar Web site by members without subscriptions that include New Braunfels Utilities in their subscription service territory.

New Braunfels Utilities - Purchasing and Materials Management must receive bids/proposals no later than said date and time. Any bid/proposal received in the Utilities' offices after the date and time listed above will not be considered.
The New Braunfels Utilities Standard Terms and Conditions found on the NBU Purchase Order shall be in full force and effect for this purchase. For a copy of the NBU Standard Terms and Conditions, call (830) 608-8867. Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 176, requires all vendors seeking to do business with NBU to file a disclosure questionnaire identifying any business relationships they have with a Board of Trustee member or the CEO. Go to the NBU website at www.nbutexas.com for forms and a more complete description of the requirement.
INSPECTION OF NBU SYSTEMS AND FACILITIES Entities desiring to inspect various NBU systems and facilities to aid preparation of bids or proposals must request and receive from the NBU Purchasing Manager a WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. Failure to do so will be viewed as trespassing and a serious breach of security. Such behavior may result in elimination of the offender for consideration of a contract and or prosecution. New Braunfels Utilities reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals and to waive informalities.
