    The Moray Council, on behalf of the project partnership, which includes City of Elgin Business Improvement District (BID) Company, Elgin Fund, Historic Scotland, Moray College / University Highland & Islands (UHI), Johnstons of Elgin, Elgin Benevolent Trust and specialist advisors would like to invite tenders for a Design team for the development phase of Grant Lodge, which is part of the creation of the Elgin Heritage Experience of the Castle to Cathedral to Cashmere Project.
    It is anticipated that the lead consultant and members of the design team will have relevant project experience of working with the repair and adaptation of historic buildings. Relevant project experience should be demonstrated also of the specific requirements to be met over the provision of archives within existing buildings.

    Leistungsumfang
    The design team fee for the implementation of the project through to completion, post-Heritage Lottery Funding Stage 2, should be presented as a percentage of the total construction cost of the project, including fit-out for the exhibition displays, which for this purpose should be assumed to be a figure in the region between 2 400 000 GBP and 2 900 000 GBP.
