Opportunity Description:

The consulting firm must demonstrate through this proposal their ability, competence, and commitment to complete the project in the timelines identified in the terms of reference. The overall objective of this project is to compile a document which provides a clear and concise understanding of further proposed improvement to the Cold Lake Marina. The final product should be a document which helps the City guid, pland and design the Marina. City of Cold Lake will reserve the rioght to accept any porposal that best serves their interest in terms of the following criteria:
- Project Team and Experience;
- Work Plan and Approach;
- Owner's Experience with thr Xonsulting Firm;
- Proposed Budget/Hourly Rates Schedule.
The proposal with the lowest fees will not necessarily be accepted. The City of Cold Lake will also reserve the right to reject all proposals. This project will be subject to approval and budget allocations by the City of Cold Lake.
