    Aufgabe
    Hjelmsgate Nursery School at Hjelmsgate 3 (gnr/bnr 214/105), Frogner district, was damaged by a fire during the night of 31st December 2011.
    The nursery school was extensively damaged and shall be rebuilt with the same number of units (two units) as before the fire.
    The building is listed on the Cultural Heritage Management Office's (BYA), "yellow list" and is zoned for conservation.
    Exterior facade shall be renovated to its original shape. The interior was for the most part destroyed by the fire and must therefore be entirely rebuilt. BYA has no special interests in connection with the internal works, but some old features have been kept from the restoration work, and is planned to be restored during the reconstruction.
    The project is planned to be executed as a general contract. The engineering design group shall, in co-operation with the Cultural Heritage Management Office, OBY and Frogner district, as tenant, plan the reconstruction of the nursery school. The procurement includes the entire process, from the preliminary project to finished building/takeover. See performance description for more detailed description of the scope.
    OBY reserves the right to cancel the project at any time during the various project stages. The engineering design group is entitled to remuneration for work carried out. Compensation for disruption will not be given.

      within their professional field.
      — It is required that tendered personnel have solid experience from
      equivalent projects within the following professional fields PGL, ARK, RIB
      and RIBR, with emphasis on:
      — Renovation / reconstruction of old buildings / timber buildings that are
      listed,
      — Experience of working in co-operation with city conservation officer,
      — Preparation of documents for a general contract for similar projects.
      — It is required that suppliers have a good, well-functioning quality
      assurance system.
