Summary Details:
This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by the BC Housing Management Commission
("BC Housing") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Public
Consultation, Land Use Planning and Development Consultant services that will consult,
advise, coordinate and design for:

- Management and oversee activities for a public consultation process facilitating a
rezoning application;
- Coordination of activities to prepare materials and undertake development activities
that facilitate a rezoning application submission;
- Coordination of activities to prepare financial analysis of land use plans; and
- Provision of appropriate consultant services to secure zoning entitlements (municipal
process of bylaw enactment).
