Summary Details:
On behalf of the Vancouver Island Health Authority, Partnerships BC is pleased to invite
Proposals from qualified and experienced teams who can provide Kitchen Planning Advisory
Services in connection with the development of the North Island Hospitals Project (the
NIHP).

The NIHP is the construction of two new modern hospitals in the Comox Valley and Campbell
River, British Columbia:

Comox Valley Hospital
Based on the indicative design, project elements include an acute care facility of
approximately 21,500 component gross square metres (CGSM), a clinical support building of
approximately 1,000 CGSM, and site parking requirements.

Campbell River District and General Hospital
Based on the indicative design, project elements include an acute care facility of
approximately 15,200 CGSM, a 1,058 CGSM clinical support building of approximately 1,000
CGSM, and site parking requirements.
