Interested firms shall submit 7 copies of all materials indicating their qualifications, previous experience, key personnel & project approach no later than Friday, July 6, 2012 at 3:00 PM local time.
Scope of Work: Expressions of Interest & Statement of Qualification submittals requested from firms or individuals interested in performing professional architectural & engineering services in connection with design & permitting of several building projects the City's Earl Brown Park. Bid & construction phase professional services may also be required.

Sealed submittals shall be sent or delivered to City of DeLand, 2nd Floor Reception, Attn: Terri Marshall, 120 South Florida Avenue, DeLand, FL 32720 prior to submittal deadline.
The City Commission of the City of DeLand reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and/or readvertise for new bids and to accept all or any part of any proposal as they deem to be in the best interest of the City of DeLand. The contract shall be awarded as set forth by the terms of the City Charter of the City of DeLand to the "lowest and best responsible bidder".
