    Aufgabe
    The City Council has adopted the goal of full nursing home and sheltered accommodation coverage by 2015.
    In this connection the Award authority intends to enter into a contract for the construction of a new residential and activity center in Sandnes with 61 care and nursing home places. The contract covers, design, construction, supply and installation of office and institutional furniture, as well as some fixtures and fittings and contract for technical operations.
    The project is a turnkey contract based on EN 8407:2011.
    Supplier shall have the capacity to provide a complete new BoAS within 1.10.2015. Supplier can integrate a new BoAS in their own private projects, as an own section, or as a seperate project.
