Description
The Commonwealth of Australia represented by the Overseas Property Office (OPO) within the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) invites Tenders for the provision of the full range of cost planning competencies (Cost Planning Consultancy Services) necessary to deliver a new Australian Embassy Complex in Bangkok (Project), in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).

Conditions for Participation

The Department will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed it considers that the Tenderer:

a. does not exist as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.2.3 within the RFT document); or

b. does not provide the Tender Security required by paragraph 1.4 of the RFT document.
