    Aufgabe
    Open design contest for a new building, proposal for the new Bøler Church in Oslo. At present the site contains temporary church buildings. The existing buildings shall be demolished. A new church shall be constructed with a new church building (net area approx. 1 150 m2), a chapel (net area approx. 100 m2), administration facilities (net area approx. 800 m2) including a nursery school. In addition, several outdoor facilities shall be constructed. The Bøler parish contains approx. 14 000 inhabitants. The open design contest is reserved graduated architects/architects. The intention is to award a contract for the further engineering design services. The contract award will be based on negotiations. Prior to the negotiations the architect will be asked to form a complete engineering design group. The contract will include total engineering design services for all disciplines. The architect will be the awarding authority\'s contract partner on behalf of an engineering design group, with joint and several liability.

      II.1) Project description

      SECTION IV: PROCEDURE

      Terms and method of payment: A model draft is included in the price. Foreign tenderers shall state the following bank address: Union Bank of Norway, Postboks 1172 Sentrum, 1-0107 Oslo. IBAN no: NO 37 1600.42.58197. Swift / Bic code: UBNONOKK. The bank counterfoil shall be marked "Arkitektkonkurranse Bøler kirke". In order to receive model draft including appendix as soon as possible the tenderers should send a copy of the bank receipt to the fax no. stated in point I.2.

      IV.4) Rewards and jury
      IV.4.1) Number and value of the prizes to be awarded:  The Jury has 600 000 NOK at its disposal. The Jury will determine the numbers and size of the amount of the prizes. However, the first prize will be minimum 200 000 NOK. The entire prize amount shall be divided if the awarding authority receives minimum 15 approved drafts.

      VI.3) Additional information:  The Jury holds the authority to decide the competition but hold only nominating authority towards the awarding authority as regards to future contracts awards. A site inspection will take place at the construction site 11.06.2004 from 13:00 to 16:00. Meet at the existing church building and at the church's construction site. Deadline for receipt of projects is 11.10.2004 (16:00). Proposals sent by post or messengers service shall be postmarked or documentation shall be presented that the proposals were delivered for dispatch within the deadline for receipt of projects, at the latest.
