    Aufgabe
    The City of Edinburgh Council wish to commission the Professional Consultancy Services for the Design, Commission and Project Management of Services and Utilities on the Zero Waste site at Millerhill, Midlothian.
    The Professional Consultancy Services that The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to procure include: — Design Works, — Development of Construction Procurement documentation, — Construction Works Procurement; and, — Project Management of Construction Works.
    The Professional Consultancy Services will relate to the following Services and Utilities which are being provided by the Zero Waste Project Partner Councils to support the delivery and operation of Residual waste treatment, the potential Food waste treatment and the potential further development of a Zero Waste Business Parc on the remaining land within the site: — Potable Water, — Waste/Foul Water Drainage, — Electricity, — Telecommunications; and, — Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS).
