    Aufgabe
    Hambleton District Council and Richmondshire District Council operate Shared Services. The Councils are rural Councils in North Yorkshire. Their principal offices are in Northallerton (Hambleton) and Richmond (Richmondshire). The Councils wish to find a firm capable of providing valuation services to the Councils as set out below.
    The Valuation Service will be provided throughout the administrative areas of the districts of Hambleton and Richmondshire.
    There are 2 lots: Lot 1- Asset Valuation including but not limited to general valuations and negotiations, Housing stock valuations and Housing Right to buy evaluations.
    Lot 2- Development Management Valuation work including but not limited to financial viability of planning applications, Agro-economic reports and evidence to planning appeals and public enquiries.
    Greater detail of the Lots and the contract will be given in the Invitation to Tender including the evaluation methodology. Suppliers will be able to tender for one or more lots (dependent on the supplier passing the PQQ stage for the applicable lot).
    The proposed contract duration will be for a period of 4 years with an option to extend for up to one additional year. The total estimated contract value of this procurement over a 4 year period for all Lots is approximately 180 000 GBP.
