    Network Rail intends to put in place a number of nil value frameworks to deliver the National Electrification Programme. Network Rail will be seeking to procure detailed design, supply, manufacture, construction and commissioning services for all aspects of electrification and associated infrastructure. The aspects will include (but are not limited to) overhead line work, power supply, distribution, civil engineering work, On Track Plant (High Output), signalling works, telecoms and track Works.
