    Aufgabe
    Forsvarsbygg publishes acquisitions for services within the construction and the building industry for a large extent of the national basis. Most of the works and services are carried out by external companies, but the Awarding Authority also carries out certain parts of the self-production, particularly with the operation and maintenance for a number of buildings.
    The purpose of this framework agreement is to cover the Awarding Authorities western market area for the need for counseling services that include:
    Engineer consulting for HVAC (RIV)
    Electrical engineer consulting (RIE)
    The framework agreements include mainly advisory assignments in connection with maintenance and the reconstruction of existing buildings and projects within technical installations. The agreements can also be used for new construction, but this will mainly be for smaller projects.
    Forsvarsbygg utvikling, which implement investment projects, can use the framework agreement in the event that the Awarding Authority finds that this is appropriate. The need for such a use of the agreement is assumed to be so small seeing that the investment assignment is usually published as separate acquisitions.
    The acquisition includes primarily the Awarding Authorities rental needs in the geographic areas of the western market area, but all of the departments of the Awarding Authority will have the ability to use the agreement.
    The framework agreement can also be used by the Norwegian Armed Forces, ie, any department that is part of, or is subject under the royal Ministry of Defence, departments which have activities in the specified geographic area that manages and operates a number of buildings.
