    Aufgabe
    The University wishes to award a contract for the supply of architectural services for the design of new build acommodation. The premises will comprise a mix of teaching and office acommodation with catering and other public areas, and will be of 9 000 m² gross internal area. The premises will be located in Sheffield city centre and will be required to be ready for use in 2012.
    Leistungsumfang
    The contract will be for the full design of the premises. The currently anticipated construction cost (ex-VAT) is 16 500 000 GBP. It is expected that the architects fees will be based on a percentage value of the construction cost.
